A treatise on defending the french revolution and a summary of the results of the politic enlightenment in the 18th century. Due to the generally understandable writing style, the font was not only received by British and French nobles, philosophers and non-conformist clergymen, but also by a broad public.
The pamphlet was published in two parts in 1791 and 1792 in London in English.
